I need help designing a counting circuit that allows the user to count up and down manually from 1 to 9999, in multiples of one’s, five’s, ten’s, one hundred’s and one thousand’s.
The circuit will require two displays (two sets of 4 7-segment displays).
The circuit will require eight 7-segment displays, a total of eleven buttons (up and down buttons for each multiple and a reset all button), an on/off switch and an LED to show wether circuit is on or off.
I would like the circuit designed using the computer program ‘Livewire circuit simulator’. If this is not possible then preferably another circuit simulator program.
I have attached an image which shows what the final product should look like, however I only need help with the circuit design.
Once you have been paid in full, the circuit design will belong to myself unless other agreements have been made.

Mr. embedded system is my nickname,I have 2 years of experience designing traffic ligh controllers that use Display to show the time remaining before the ligh turn from green to red or from red to green.
So I already have part of the circuit you need. Several solucions are available base on MS-51 or AVR microcontroller.
