Convert capacitance to MCU input

Design electronic circuit to read hygrometer capacitance output and convey to MCU See the HC103M2 sensor details here: [login to view URL] Datasheet and a reference schematics design are attached. Regulated power voltage is 3.3 V. The sensor is placed outside a weather radiosonde, experiencing ambient temperature down to -80 C. The electronics is insulated and expected to experience temperature down to -40 C. The output will be I2C or analog voltage level to MCU atmega328p. The parts should ideally be small SMT. IMPORTANT: The Freelancer must calculate the limit of conversion accuracy over the working temperature range -40 to +50. Circuit current consumption must be calculated. If significant, the circuit should be possible to enable/disable by a signal level from the MCU. The Freelancer must provide schematics and part numbers for the solution. Ideally an Eagle PCB schematics should be provided but this is of secondary importance. Outside of this project, sensor characteristics will be profiled individually, stored in EEPROM and correction applied in software. This is potentially a very easy project, or the requirements may need some discussion.
