I am excellent welding power supplies design, high frequency transformers design, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

Unlike the rest I actually have experience designing, installing and commissioning industrial automation projects. Most Australian mining operations are in environments similar to Arizona. As such all switch room designs for our mines require substantial A/C systems. Sometimes custom built industrial units but most times banks of light industrial or commercial off the shelf systems. Sometimes these are linked to centralized control rooms or have independent sensors for monitoring. I have experience with Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, ABB and other hardware. So whatever components you currently use I can accommodate to suit.
