Design a Electronic Lock (PCB Design & Part Specification)

We need someone to spec out and design an electronic locking mechanism on a fixed fee basis. The system will consist of a bare bones micro controller (and PCB design), a battery (capable of being charged via micro USB connection) and a locking mechanism actuated electronically by the micro controller. The PCB/microcontroller must have the following: - Wi-fi/bluetooth compatible - RFID reader/detector - Open/closed switch (w/ digital input) - LED output (via digital output) - Electronic lock actuator (via digital output) - Standard USB charging / control - Solar strip charging (optional) The overall design will need to be extremely small and as energy efficient as possible. We want to keep costs of the parts/PCB to as low as practicable. The electronic lock can be of custom design or a standard part. We will need full PCB/electrical schematics and a parts list (w/ prices) for each of the components of the system. Full IP transfer will be required.
