Circuit for Pump Qualities needed in Freelancer: 1. Understands that scheduling is important. —> If you can’t make a meeting, propose new times, and continue to follow up until the meeting happens, we won't work well together. Be aware of my timezone and availability. 2. Communicates well —> Provides daily updates (mandatory), provides an easy to follow plan of where we are in relation to completing the project (big picture) and the task (small picture) as well as what’s left and the amount of time needed for each. Great english is mandatory. If I need to talk, they don’t brush me off. 3. Respectful of time —> Does not take days to respond to an email or text message. Has access to a strong communications infrastructure.—> I know we don’t have flying cars yet or teleporters, but if you’re in this line of work you should at least have very stable internet connection (…barring any natural disaster) 4. Freelancer to provide meeting minutes (template to be provided). 5. I cannot work with someone who passively stalls. I need someone who gets it done. I will not work with someone who is trying to play "hot potato tennis” or phone tag. I need the work done. Work/Project expectations: -Daily updates are mandatory -Confirm primary methods and applications for communication (WhatsApp, Skype, etc.) -Confirm communication infrastructure strength. -Provide meeting minutes based on template (to be provided upon acceptance of job) -Feedback will be left after the circuit is assembled and tested -If not response is received from me in 12 hours follow up with an additional phone call ———————————————————————————————————————— Circuit The circuit to be created needs to operate and/or respond to pressure sensors and input and perform the below: operate a pump operate release valve LED lights respond to BlueTooth commands and capture data via BT capture logs and transmit via BT of all activity show Power levels and transmit via BT respond to Sensor information operate Pressure release valves [All main features, even if not mentioned above, will be blue tooth accessible] Additional features of the device will be: Bluetooth (BT) enabled It needs to be rechargeable via USB port. Green LED indicates completely charged Flashing blue light when recharge is needed Quick Start feature starts designated default program Log of all activity is captured and able to be transferred via BT Pressure sensors (range of levels) Release valves (2) NOTE: LEDs are not built into the board, but wired and able to be positioned. The circuit needs to be compact and as sleek/streamlined as possible. It can’t have inductors and resistors sticking up in random places. Smooth it out. Make it look professional not like a science project. Deliverables: Signed NDA PCB BOM with all supporting components Component selection list in spreadsheet format (with costs, adapters, batteries, battery connectors, all components to make the device work.) Gerber files for fabrication Manufacture files created Layout design and Gerber generation for PCB fabrication CAD Files Milestone 1 The deliverables are received. Milestone 2 independent resource builds circuit and confirms specs and testing. Predetermined run programs to be provided upon acceptance of the project. Additional features: -Pressing the power button and holding it for 3 seconds stops any activity and returns motors to home position. -Pressing the power button and holding it for 1 second starts a preset (once it’s programmed) -When off, motors return to home position. -All motors and physical functions will be controlled via bluetooth -All logs captured will be sent and captured via blue tooth. Testing _________ Battery - full run to completely dead Recharge - Recharge time from completely dead to fully charged Pump - Bluetooth - Signals (encrypted) for all input described above can be sent/received Data - Formatting/content (encrypted) for all input described above can be sent/received

I have a much experience with embedded controls. I can generate a design to handle your requirements. I have developed modular conveyor controller systems, including encoder support, weight measurement using special developed smart-boards and integrated sorting management logic, so I know how to design reliable, ruggedized control systems for unfriendly environments. I have also developed embedded analytical systems for use in covert fuel analysis, with the systems installed in the trunk of passenger cars and operable between -30C and 70C, with systems running for over 8 years without service. I also have experience with power conversion with various topologies (SEPIC, Buck, CUK, Fly-back), motor control (including BLDC and stepper) and environmental control units (180W TEC units and controllers). The system you describe seems very simple, so should not be too difficult after all final details are in. I use Eagle CAD 6.5 for layout/capture. Firmware in C/C++. If needed, enclosures, brackets and other mechanicals can be designed using AutoCAD (MDT for 3D development). I could also provide assembled and tested boards, and am able to provide panelized designs for SMD runs. I warranty the work for one year, provide one free upgrade pass to the initial test boards for production, and one upgrade during the lifetime of the product. I look forward to hearing from you. respected Sir, I agree to all of your conditions. I am a freelancer having experience in end to end hardware and software development. I feel that it is a medical device. The device needs knowledge of PWM, ground isolation( since high current equipments like pump are present). I have all the test and measuring equipments here in my home lab. I can demonstrate functionalities through videos. If you are satisfied then I will send the product. I can also give you system level suggestions since I have dealt with electropnematic systems like external counter pulsators etc. I also have experience in solenoid valves and their interface with controller. Eg. I can use smart drivers which can detect that their is no disconnection of the valve with the controller. I suggest to have a discussion of the product with me so that I can give my valuable suggestions which have come as a result of my 8 years of experience in Military/aerospace domain. Regards I have also added picture of a circuit which has a bluetooth module, microcontroller and is battery operated. I can create smart drive to the pump using increasing PWM duty cycle so that their is no sudden current surge from the battery. I can use STM based ARM Cortex M3, M4, Atmega series SAM4s, SAM7 series etc. I make the PCBs DFM compliant.

Hello, We can start without paying me until I'm done with the schematics. After I finished the schematics, then it's time for you to decide if you want to continue or get another freelancer. In this way, you choose some back-up freelancer since it is hard to get some hardware freelancers. For the apps, I can design you the specific apps although I know how to program Android apps, but I am so slow on it. But you done have to worry because you can hire apps programmer after the project is done because there a lot of free apps on both iOS and android just for debugging bluetooth communication. I can't also design you a mechanical design of the casing. Thanks.
