We print on plastic film using flexographic, inkjet, and gravure. We want to print simple transistors as components in a simple oscillator circuit. The transistors can be relatively large size, do not have to be transparent, and do not need to be high performance devices. The circuit is a simple blinker, turning a pixel "on" and "off" every half second or so, and actually at 32-44Hz. The current is only about 20uA, voltage about 4.5V-6.0V. We need you to guide us about printed transistors. We are familar with printing silver nanoparticle inks, PEDOT inks, and ink formulation. We are particularly crafty at formulating PEDOT based conductive adhesives. We are also capable synthesists. We need you to suggest commercially feasible chemicals. We need you to suggest water, solvent, and uv coating formulations. We need you to suggest printing techniques. When synthesizing, we need you to guide us to safe materials, with affordable waste disposal.
