colo-grade and cut

I am looking for an individual who can cut samples of footage I acted in and piece them together into a 2-3 minute film. There are only four scenes- and each scene is about 30 seconds to a minute. This is extremely simple. Here is where the real skill comes in... I need that same individual to color-grade the film. Each scene needs to be color graded differently to set a different mood. you MUST send samples of your editing and color-grading to have your bid considered. The bid says 250, but since this is a fairly easy project, bids should be well below $250.
