Custom Drupal 7 Translation Admin Pages

NOTE: Budget is max 160 Euros and max delivery time 3 days. We start ASAP. The module I want to make content translation easier for administrators and for this I want a SIMPLE & CUSTOM module. Translation of: a) Nodes b) Strings A) NODES A1) Super admin sets translatable content types - [login to view URL] A2) Editor (other role) sees this page. [login to view URL] *Click on red opens in NEW WINDOW the add translation node page. **Orange if translation marked as outdated. If this is too hard to do please remove. B) STRINGS Drupal has a LOT OF strings. Here admin/config/regional/translate/translate you can view all of them - [login to view URL] B1) A page similar to the one above where Super admin selects some strings. So what I want is a check box next to each string. Something like this: [login to view URL] When Super admin selects them, the strings become available in the next screen. B2) The editor sees this page [login to view URL] - it has the strings we chose before. When he clicks on a string a modal opens and he can quickly enter the translation and save it. No matter where he clicks (red or green) this modal opens for the selected string - [login to view URL] NOTE: Budget is max 160 Euros and max delivery time 3 days. We start ASAP.
