I can migrate your current site to the latest Drupal 8 version, after checking that all the currently used modules have at leas a development version on Drupal 8. If there is any module or functionality not present in Drupal 8, we can decide how to re-implement it on Drupal 8. I will need access to the server to make file & database backups.
