Delphi 2010/Firebird - sync records with MySQLi table on MySQLi table of website

I have a local database (Dephi 2010, Firebird SQL 2.5) and need a small tool (Delphi 2010 compatible source code & exe) which will sync the data on the website with the data in the local Firebird database. This is how it could work: 1. Upload data to the website: Connect to the MySQLi database on my website, upload records from various database tables into the mysqli database. The tables have the same structure, so it is very straightforward. 2. Download data from the website: Download all data from the mysqli database, for records which are already existing on the local Firebird database please update their data, and create new records in the local Firebird database if a record from in the website tables is not yet in the local database tables. Simple and straightforward project, maximum budget 150 USD.
