Custom menu component in Delphi

I like this left sidebar menu of this HTML page [login to view URL] I want to make the same menu in Delphi so I want someone to create a menu like this in a custom component. The menu would be able to allow me to add Menu items and subitems as it is on the live example. Each item has an icon and text. The item has big 32x32 icon on top and text on bottom while the subitem has a small 16x16 icon on left and text on right. Subitem icon is optional (if not assigned it will not be displayed). Also, if you see there is a small text on some subitems on the left with yellow or red background and the word new. So I want to be able to set that text and the color. Also if you see the option "Page" it has badge (circle with a number). I also what that feature in my menu component. Each item/subitem has OnClick that I can trigger custom code. All colors must be set in the menu component, the background, the line, the hover, selected etc. Also the height of menu items/subitems must be configuration. Of course ImageList must be supported with PNG (alpha) support. It should compile and work in Delphi XE7 and Windows 7+ (
