I would like to have a Delphi application that adds a menuitem to an existing application.
The application that I would like to add a menu to is an application called PhotoFilter.

It's possible to add other windows (like menu etc) to external applications, but general question is - what functionality you need from this menuitem ?
What you are requesting is impossible unless the mentioned program supports plugins or you have the source cose of it.
