convert images to excell

Description: i have the menu of about 100-150 restaurants that i have scaned [they are now images in pdf ]

i need the info to be converted to excell file

Additional Description

i need the excell file to have the following columns

model number which starts ae 100000 and go up

name of oroduct/food

description when available

price

category

restaurant

toppings/options

each restaurant has to be separated and have the name address and telephone on top of each file

please give price per menu for over 100
