I'm PhD student on compputer science and R developer. My research is about complex network, data mining and Bioinformatics. I like too much to work with datasets manipulation. Computational skills: - Program language: R, php, Java, mysql - Operational System: Linux and Windows - Others: Latex and online tools like Sharelatex and Overleaf. All my papers and presentations are made in Letex. All my work are coded in R. I have experience with the packeges Caret, SeqinR, ggplot2 and Igraph. When I need to manipulate and process data (from excel or others formats) I use R to make the processes faster than usual. So, I like so much to work with data manipulation and entry.
