Web content scraping with Integration

I currently own a clothing boutique, but I sell 90% of my product online using a facebook sales group that has 17,800 members in the group. I am to the point of shutting the storefront down and strictly doing online sales. I am currently using a software that is called "Soldsie" and what this software does is for example: I post an item (in the fb group) with a pic with the description of the item, price etc..and in order for a customer to order they have to comment under the post "sold size color" and then the software scrapes the comment and automatically sends the customer an invoice based on the comment she made. In order for this process to happen, I first load the product into the software and include pic, the price, weight, inventory count, etc. then after I post the item, I must go back into the software and paste the URL of the actually FB post into this product section. So basically, the software not only functions to scrape the comment it also handles sending the invoice, provides a secure link for customer to pay, deducts the inventory and keeps a count of it and it is integrated with my shipping software so it makes shipping much easier. It has some other functions as well such as setting up discount codes, free shipping etc.. I have a competitor that also uses "comment selling" and uses something similar to soldsie except she has had a specialist build her program, it is much more customized and has some features that I need as well to help my company grow and help customer satisfaction. So, I need a specialist to take on this project and build me a program or system that will fit my needs. What I need my system to do is: 1. I want to load my product and inventory, then I want to be able to schedule my fb posts at specific times and it auto-post them and it is already connected without me having to paste the URL. With my current software (soldsie) I can schedule posts and they are auto-connected, but only on a fb page and I need it to do this in a group. 2. As a customer comments I need the invoices to be auto sent to them based on their comment. 3.I need a custom cart and link and if an item is sold out I need customer to remain on a waitlist and be notified once the item is restocked. (this function could double my sales!) I also need some customized features such as email and fb messenger notifications when item is shipped or back in stock and I have actually screenshots of all the features I need and could discuss all the bells and whistles once I find someone to take on this project.
