We are looking for a tool/software that will be able to retrieve from 3 websites some information for 5 fields on html coded webpages:

In the following code we need to have extracted "The Producers"

In the following code we need to have extracted the content after "content="

Also we need to have the sites scanned once a week for updated information.

The info has to be formatted on a CSV file.

The software must run on Windows XP Pro.
