I've spent the last two years working full-time as a Customer Service, Sales and Technical Support Representative for a Call Center Company that specializes in outsourcing business processes for companies mostly in the US. During that time, I had the opportunity to handle almost everything outside of my scope of support including inquiries, payments, billing, and retention.
What I like most about my former job is that it gives me the opportunity to learn and be creative, and it looks like this position would do the same. I feel that I could be a valuable asset to your team, and I bring to the table all of the skills that you require in an associate.
