Each business listing must have: Company Name, Address, Phone, Fax and any other data that comes along.
List must not contain duplicate information.
Prepaired to pay $100 per 100k of data.
Escrow Provided 25% on start of project and 75% on check of accuracy
Accuracy of fax information must be atleast 70% which will need to be checked before release of final payment
Less than 70% will reduce final payment by percentage difference. If the accuracy is lower than 50% then no further payment will be made.
