Data Entry-Offers for incentives

I am creating an incentive freebie website. I need someone to be able to go into my admin for my website (script is already installed, etc...) and add offers. I will be using commission junction as my affiliate network. If you have experience doing any of this and/or have knowledge of incentive freebie websites, let me know, as that will instantly increase my interest in your bid. Commission junction uses csv, (comma separated values), so if you know about that, let me know as well. Essentially all you will be doing is going to the commission junction network, copying links to images, and copying links to offer sites. you will also be going to the offer sites and finding out what the cheapest thing the customer can purchase from that site, and typing it in, as well as how much i am making for users completing the offer.
