data research (reposted for the time waste)

Hi for the third time I am posting my project so please donot bid unless 1) you are seriuos 2) either you are from USA or can use the VOIP system from your connection 3) ready to finish the task in maximum a week the project in breif is a data collecting project by making telephone calls to about 2000 accounts asking three question and update the excel file with the information daily task will be sent to you every day also u will provide me with a daily report with the updated information timinig of the calls will be between 9.00 am to 4.00 pm EST time THIS IS AN URGENT PROJECT SO PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS U R SERIUOS , AS NO MORE TIME FOR TIME WASTERS thanks
