Data collection & ongoing updates for 800 financial products

We are seeking a person or business interested in collecting and maintaining information for approximately 800 Australian financial products. This is a full-time project and would like to establish an ongoing arrangement with the successful bidder.
The data for all products is required to be updated each year with the majority of the work occurring between July-Sept. There is also the need to perform minor updates to some products at various times throughout the year to keep the data current.
Ideally you will have some experience with data collection and maintenance. Basic knowledge of financial products such as fund management, investments and insurance would be beneficial.
Our estimates suggest that the research requires approximately 1-2 hours per product per year.
The information required for each product is publicly available online. It will require the viewing of the relevant information on the various product websites and collecting the data in an Excel spreadsheet. Some data items may require some basic analysis which we will provide training and guidance for.
We would retain full ownership of the data and you would not be allowed to on-sell or reuse this data for any other purpose.
Payment terms are flexible. We are happy to consider a fixed-price retainer paid periodically, fees based on hourly rates - or any other arrangement that suits you.
We are a professional, hard-working but friendly organisation and would like to find someone with whom we can build a great long-term business relationship. We have number of employees and contractors working overseas as well as in Australia and are used to working across time zones and countries.
