Data Entry - Image to text

Hello, I require simple data entry work. The image written should be retyped in txt file. Attached sample contains an image and its converted txt file. There should not be any blank line in between and no word wrap. Times new roman font with size 14. At least 13-15 pages must be typed per day so bid only if you are able to do that in time.
