HERE IS HOW IT WOULD WORK........I WOULD RECEIVE AN ASSIGNMENT OR SEVERAL ASSIGNMENTS FROM THE BANK. THERE WILL BE 2 REFRENCE ITEMS YOU WILL WORK WITH ONLINE. THE FIRST IS THE "BANK DASHBOARD" WHICH IS THE PAGE YOU WILL BE FILLING OUT ONLINE. THE SECOND THING IS THE REAL ESTATE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE PROPERTY INFORMATION.
I WILL BE ASSIGNED AN ADDRESS LIKE 1234 MAIN STREET SAN FRANCISCO CALIFORNIA. I WILL DO THE RESEARCH WORK THAT WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED TO FILL OUT ON THE ONLINE FORM. I WILL GIVE YOU 3 SOLD COMPARABLES AND 3 FOR SALE COMPARBLES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REFRENCE NUMBERS. YOU WILL GO ON TO THE BANK ONLINE PROPERTY PLATFORM AND LOOK UP THE PROPERTY "1234 MAIN STREET" AND PULL UP THE PAGE TO FILL IN THE INFORMATION. YOU WILL THAN GO TO THE "MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE" ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AND FIND THE ASSOCIATED 6 REFRENCE NUMBERS FOR THE PROPERTIES. AND THAN FILL IN ALL THE INFORMATION.
ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT, EACH PROPERTY THAT YOU DO SHOULD NOT TAKE YOU MORE THAN 20 MINUTES OF TIME HOWEVER THERE IS A SMALL LEARNING CURVE.
yOU WILL BE DOING A TOTAL OF 10 PROPERTIES.......AGAIN FOR THE DATA ENTRY, ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT AVERAGE TIME IS 15-20 MINUTES PER PROPERTY. i WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS TILL YOU TOTALLY UNDERSTAND IT. THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY HERE FOR MUCH MORE WORK IN THE FUTURE IF YOU DO THESE FIRST 10 WELL. iN FACT WE MAY CONVERT THIS INTO A FULL TIME JOB LATER WITH GAF. IN FACT I WILL BE HIRING MORE AGENTS(LIKE ME) THAT WILL PROVIDE EVEN MORE WORK FOR YOU AND YOUR COMPANY OR TEAM. THE BANK WILL GIVE ME AS MANY ASSIGNMENTS AS I CAN DO! THE MORE YOU DO FOR ME, THE MORE THEY WILL GIVE ME!

Except you will be using a "fillable" form that will automatically turn into a document like that once the butoon "complete report" is pressed.
You would go ahead and open up a "blank" form that already had the address that i give you populated into it. Next i will give you the "MLS" numbers (multiple listing number) for 6 property comparables (multiple listing number). you will take the data from the comparables and enter them into the blank form. here is an example of the type of site you will go to get your mls information:

You would enter a multiple listing number i give you...like MLS#: 80909032
put the number in the "mls" search area and it will pull a property. you would than transfer the information to the blank form.
