Custom Data Mining - Real Estate Listings (rentals & sale)

We are looking for a data mining provider to help us populate a new real estate listing service. We will provide the excel fields to gather on each property listing. We will need the contact info of each property as well as an image to represent the associated property. Please bid on the amount of data (# of property listings) you will provide per US State for $1000 even. This is our exact budget and we will choose a provider based upon the amount of data you can provide, the quality of data you have previously provided, and the ease of accessibility to you (chat, IM, PM, etc.) If the data provided is of great quality, we can guarantee a residual (monthly) project.
