Create Microsoft Access database using multiple Excel files (monthly reports)

I need to create a database from a monthly excel file. Input Information - I have a daily report that has fixed columns of data. This rows in the report are truck nos., volume, weight , density.... etc . The columns represent information about each truck . Some columns do not contain information I care about, and could be ignored Output or Visualization - I need to be able to look at the data in two ways. First is to look at each truck , and track changes in the volume, density & weight also I've a real volume & an induced volume ( real volume is fixed while induced one is changing) so what i need briefly a program so that i can import data from excel sheets automatically as i introduce them in the data base & trace the changes of each truck in weight, [login to view URL] transfers, induced & real volumes separately & density & also the total no of trucks weights, no. of transfers , induced & real volumes separately as i want to have a stored data of real truck volumes in the data base ( as it is a fixed one) so it has to be imported once a time & automatically imported in the report each time & be able to add new trucks & new real volumes as data is updated in front of me also i need the project to be password protected & the output report for each truck along the week or month or the total daily count of trucks , volumes & no. of transfers to have either the option to be a PDF or an excel; sheet this is a sample of daily imported excel sheets . The values will have single event changes (i.e. they do not change month to month). Changes themselves are the events I want to be able to find.
