Client Provided Excel Data to OpenCart / Magento Excel Format

Two Projects: Just need to take data provided by client, and convert to shopping cart compatible spreadsheet. 1) Take a client provided Excel Spreadsheet of Product Data and convert to an OpenCart Importable Excel Document (will provide example) - basically just moving data around into correct columns. Also need certains fields corrected, for example for the images field we need to be able to take the SKU and change it to a filename "SKU1" -> "images/[login to view URL]". Spreadsheet manipulation. 2) Same thing, except ending format will be slightly different for Magento, format will be provided.
