Job Description: We require an assistant to help us build our contact database. This job will require you to search and gather the email addresses for given institutions from their websites. Submissions will be reviewed and verified. Opportunity for ongoing work after first phase. Your qualifications: - Must be fully competent with Microsoft Excel - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Excellent written English - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
