Broker Price Opinion comps & data entry

I am looking for a person experienced with real estate Broker Price Opinions. I need someone to pull comparables from the MLS and then enter the data in the BPO report including pulling market/neighborhood CMA, making comments, uploading photos and making any revisions needed. If you are not experienced pulling comparables then I would still be willing to hire you if you have experience entering these types of reports. The BPO sites I most frequently work with are: Clear Capital, Core Logic, Equator, IAS, Inside Valuation, LSI, REOConnex, REO World, Single Source etal. I expect a turn around time of 12-24 hours. You will be responsible for reviewing your work for quality assurance. I will provide MLS access. Bid to complete 5 comps & data entry BPOs or 10 data entry only BPOs. Thank you.
