Articles Conversion from Image to TXT - Germany

********First Read Carefully******* I am looking for some one with excellent knowledge of German Language, I have lots of Articles that I wish to convert from Image to TEXT, I DO NOT WANT TO USE ANY SOFTWARE TO CONVERT THIS, All the work need to be done manually. So if any Company is able to do that , email me back attached file in MS word after conversion ( manually only) with your quote for conversion of ever article, I have around 5000 - 10000 such articles. Also mention the duration for completion of work. NOTE: Once again I do not need any this to be converted by any SOFTWARE I need only manually conversion with 99.99% accuracy. Bids without sample will not be considered
