Adding Category list to a website

Hi, I want somebody to design me a category list for my online classified website. A very good reference site will be ebay, will forward you some other reference site on the PMB. Am looking for someone with innovative ideas and someone who is really good with words. Category name can be copied from the reference sites but it should look unique and different. Some of the categories will be further divided into sub-categories and it can go uptill level 4. You may also be asked to get data from other websites. Things that i will be looking for in the provider: - Fast and reliable worker - Someone with unique and creative ideas - Someone who can offer me a really good price Also note that i will only create a 100% milestone and will only release the full 100% when am fully satisfied with the work.
