Add members to website

I have a real estate auction site that I need to have loaded with members. It is easy to add members to the site. It is free for sellers to list their homes plus they get a $100 credit just for listing their home. This should be very easy for the right person(s) with knowledge of how to reach people. I would like like to add at least 30,000 people to the site. I will track your signups via affiliate code tracking. I am paying $0.01 per every registered seller on the site. Use only ethical strategies to drive people to the site.
