Accumulate names/numbers from database/web sites and add to provided .csv file

I sell real estate in the states. I will email a file daily and it needs to be processed within a few hours and returned. You will be provided with address information, you will pull owner names from local websites by county. You will pull phone numbers from accessable web based database as well as other sites such as google. You will enter names/contact numbers into corresponding csv file and return. On typical days there are approximately 50 leads, the end and beginning of the month it is approximately 175 (2-3 days). I wish to pay on a per completed item basis. This has a long term potential based upon performance. I will forward the files around 8am and expect return before 12pm daily. Please contact w/any questions.
