My 12 years experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. It has also taught me to be more reliable, fast, customer oriented and efficient. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I know that I am perfect for the job as I have a great English communication and writing skills. My previous work required me to research and evaluate something that I am already good at. You will definitely enjoy working with me as I am a team player and I have great people skills. Aside from having outstanding organizational and management skills, I work well under pressure and multi-tasking is something that comes to me naturally.
