I have an existing excel spreadsheet. I need this spreadsheet to show and be more specific in what it shows me. I have 4 properties, this current spreadsheet shows how much each individual condo makes when booked. However I am running into a conflict when a client books multiple condos. I now only have the option to choose one condo. I need it to be able to recognize somehow, so that on the summary 1st page it will show the correct amounts each condo makes. Don't know if it is possible but I need to try/ask The price issue is no worries, because when I book 211, my main condo/venue. I give the other smaller condos 210,208 and 204 a discounted rate $100 default. I need something that will take a booking with multiple condos and put those $100 condo booking in their right place and not all totaled in 211 I need someone who is proficient in English, so that they may understand what I am looking for. I have attached my last years spreadsheet for a reference

I work daily with databases on excel for my MSc project. I think the format could be improved in several ways to make it easier to get the summarized information on the first sheet as you are asking. I think it is definitely possible.
