Day Labor Dispatch Program

Entities Work Order: Needs to be printable, able to be e-mail, retrievable over the internet, show Customer Name, Job-Site Name, Directions to Site, Report to with Contact name and phone number, Time to report, Number of Workers Needed with Skill Code by each worker when selected for that type from the customers request for service needed, and Out Of Area Charge if needed, place for numbers of hours worked, contract on back, minimum 4 hours work statement (i will provide ticket) Be able to place a worker onto the ticket that will display their ID Number, Skill Code needed for that assignment, First Name, whether the WORK ORDER is a Daily Ticket, Weekly Ticket, a Section on the ticket where the customer can check REPEAT for them to enter number of workers to return with instructions to have them circle the workers ID if they want less the the original amount. Customers: Shall be assigned an ID Number to identify the Customer’s Name, Billing Address, Phone & Fax Numbers, Contact person. Within the customer information section there should be a section to fill in different Job Site Information, like job-site address, who to report to with contact persons phone number, tools and quantity needed (rakes, brooms, shovels, hard hats, misc), what time to report, number of workers with skill code needed, an additional charge for OOA (out of area) Skill code needed (GEN, LEAD, SEMI, SKILL), and price level / amount to charge the customer A section to ID a worker that has been BANNED from returning back to that site (the program need to be able to deny the dispatcher to place him on that ticket) Contractors: Are Independent Workers who Hired Arizona Helpers to provides them with Funding, and additional Customers whereby they can utilize their Skills / Services / Talents to the General Public and Business alike for a set Fee. They are provided with a “Work Order” outlining the Customers Request for services needed (outlined in the Work Order). Section / Box where we can enter / assign their ID Number, Name Skills, pay for those Skills, when they are BANNED from returning to a customer’s site
