Data entry 1900 names from a spreadsheet into a modified spreadsheet We have a document with approximately 1900 records, that contains many fields, including the following fields: Company Name Street Address1 City State Zip Business Phone We need a spreadsheet updated which separates Address1 field, and the Phone field separated into additional fields: Company Name Company Name2 Street Address1 Street Address2 Street Address3 City State Zip Business Phone Phone Ext First Name Last Name If the Street 1 field has a company name, move the company name to: Company Name2 If the Street 1 field has a Suite #, Apt #, Unit #, etc, move the suite #, Apt #, etc to Street2 If the Street 1 field has a City, move the City to the City field If the Street 1 field has a State, move the State to the State field If the Street 1 field has a zip code, move the zip code to the zip field When you are done, the Street 1 field will only have the street address I that field. If the Business Phone field has an Ext #, move that Ext # to the Phone Ext field If the Business Phone field has a First Name, move the First name to the First Name field If the Business Phone field has a Last Name, move the Last Name to the Last Name field When you are done, the Business Phone field should only have a phone number You may ignore the rest of the fields in the spreadsheet. They will be left in the spreadsheet, but you will not work on those fields. Attached is the example of the document you will be using.
