So I posted about this before, many told me this project is not doable the way I want it so I've made some changes. I'm looking for someone to create a program that will first manually find all accounts on youtube with 50,000 to 1,000,000 Subscribers and then check the subscriber count every day. When sending me this list I want you to add a percentage of rise in subscribers from the last Day/Week/Month I will be paying for you to create the program and the cost of your program getting the information from each account every day. G'day, I'm a scraping expert and would be able to build this for you. It would consist of two parts to correspond with the functions you outlined. 1) A crawler that would run continuously to find all the accounts with the desired number of subscribers. This would take time to generate the initial list of accounts but would eventually have an accurate representation of all accounts. 2) An updater which would periodically check the change in the number of subscribed accounts. understood. I can make such web-based program that will find all youtube users with more than 1mil subscribers within few days and then it will update subscriber counts for those accounts daily sending you reports. initial core of this program will cost 1500, so please increase project's budget so I can bid accordingly.
