Copy Products and Categories from X-Cart to Americommerce Shopping Cart

I need someone to copy my categories and products from my x-cart website to my new americommerce shopping cart website. I dont need anything to change. Just simply copy and paste one to the other. Or, there is a bulk import/export on each. You would just have to match up the spreadsheet data, and then maybe make a few changes. This would include categories, sub-categories, item(sku) numbers, pictures, meta tags, custom urls, descriptions, pricing, product weight. I have already started the process and have most finished. There are 7 more categories to do, and 106 products. 10-15 of them have variants with 5-10 options each.
