Convert .pdf to .rtf document Retype Data Entry

I have two real estate contracts that is in a .pdf file. I need the documents converted in a .rtf format. You can OCR this and touch it up or retype the entire thing. It doesn't matter to me, the only thing I need is it looking EXACTLY the way it does in an .rtf form. If there are graphics at the top, they do not have to be duplicated, only the text needs to be duplicated exactly the way it looks. Useing the same general margins, spacing, font size. I would like them done in the next 24 hours if possible. If you can give me a quick sample of your work, that will help me make a decision today.
