Hello, I am very interested in applying for your recently posted position within your company. I feel that I would be a great fit for this position as I have worked at home telecommuting in the past (and currently actually). I already have a complete WAH office set up with a designated phone line, noise cancelling headset and a computer dedicated to and used only for work. I have over a decade and a half of telecommunications/sales/customer support experience and excel at customer service, troubleshooting and sales quotas. I type over 50wpm and am able to multitask many different applications/programs at once. I have done everything in telecommunications including: inbound, outbound, cold calling, warm leads, B2B, WAH, appointment setting, survey taking, tech support and tech tier II support.
I am also tech savvy and well versed in multiple telecommunications programs such as: Zendesk, adobeconnect, vpn programs, ensemble, Irep, avaya and multiple others.
