Collect E-mails from Employees at Specific Biotech Companies (P36_B2)

Summary: The aim of this task is to identify e-mail contact information for employees in specific companies. A list of 128 US Biotech companies are provided. And a list of employees should be returned, with all specified information entered. It is expected that contact information from 6.000 to 12.000 employees can be gathered from these 128 companies. Attachments. An Excel file with two sheets: Sheet 1: A target list, containing the company name, company URL and Company LinkedIn page. Sheet 2. An example specifying the formatting for each identified employee. Detailed description of the task: 1 For each company in sheet1 use LinkedIn to identify employees that has one of the following words in their job title: "Scientist", "Research", "Engineer", "Manufacturing", "Production", "Process" or "Lab Manager". ONLY include employees that has at least one of these words in the their job titles. 2 For these employees identify their: "First Name", "Last Name","Job Title" and "e-mail" and insert that information in column C, D E and F of sheet 2. Also "Company name" in column A, and the "company Website URL" in column B. 3 For each company, indicate how many employees that have been identified and enter the number in sheet 2 column F. 4 Only collect information for US and Canadian employees. Non-US companies have been highlighted in the list. 5 Make sure that the data is clean, remove duplicates, check name fields etc. before returning the task. It is crucial to cover each company as good as possible. Most companies should have between 30 - 50% of their employees matching the criteria defined in 1. When bidding for the task, please indicate your experience with this type of task and explain what tools and strategies you want to employ.
