The festival or event can be located in any of Andalucia's 8 provinces: Malaga, Seville, Granada, Huelva Cadiz, Jaen, Cordoba and Almeria. This looks like quite a comprehensive task. Although my forte is writing rather than spreadsheets this should not be an issue as you have provided a spreadsheet. I see that there are many festivals in Andalucia and it should be interesting to research them.
