Audio transcribing (from a video on you tube)

I need a you tube video of mine transcribed and set out like an article in 'interview' format. It's just over an hour long interview, between myself and Kurek Ashley. It is broken up into 9 parts on youtube. Kurek Ashley Real Estate Training Interview (1/8) and goes to part 8/8. It is on youtube at <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables It is very conversational so the winning bidder will have to do so very slight tweaking of the language to make it more readable, meaning to edit out any mispronounced words, ums and ahs, etc. Also please have it set out so it is readable with well spaced paragraphs, and maybe even some 'sub headlines' throughout if appropriate, so it looks like a nice readable article.
