Automate Mac or PC iTunes to gift apps

We want to automate the gifting of apps from iTunes on either a Mac or PC. Specification of the automation script: Environment: -OSX or Windows Actions automated: -sending an app on iTunes as a gift to another person via 'Gift this app' functionality. Data available for the script: -iTunes user login and password -Address to that particular item on iTunes -Credentials needed to send that item as a gift (Sender's name, Recipient's name, Recipient's email, Verify email, Personal message) Manual process to be automated: Two options: 1) Option 1: - User opens a page of the selected item on iTunes using a link in a browser to open iTunes to that area. For example: [login to view URL] browser that automatically directs to the appropriate app gifting page. -User enters data required - Name, email address, message and clicks button 'Continue'; -If user is not logged in, he is prompted to enter Apple ID and password in the pop-up -After user logs in (if needed) new page with purchase summary opens on iTunes -User clicks button 'Buy gift' -A pop-up asking for Apple ID (pre-entered) and password opens again -User enters password and presses button 'Continue' -If the password is authorized, iTunes processes the payment. 2) Option 2: -User opens a page of the selected item on iTunes -User right clicks the 'Purchase' button and selects option 'Gift this [item]' -New page opens on iTunes, the delivery method 'Send gift via email' is pre-selected -User enters data required and clicks button 'Continue' -If user is not logged in, he is prompted to enter Apple ID and password in the pop-up -After user logs in (if needed) new page with purchase summary opens on iTunes -User clicks button 'Buy gift' -A pop-up asking for Apple ID (pre-entered) and password opens again -User enters password and presses button 'Continue' -If the password is authorized, iTunes processes the payment. IMPORTANT: To get shortlisted, please answer the following questions in PM: -Can the data for the script be loaded from a database and marked as completed after? Can this be a remote database? We could either provide a browser web interface that gives you the link plus email info and it gets marked complete, or if it the script can somehow connect with a database to get the data required for entry? You will be selected based on expertise provided in your answers to the above questions. The developer selected for the script development is likely to be offered other work.
