Daily List Compilation

I need to compile a list daily. This daily list is based on a first list that comes as “New Listings?? This “New Listings?? list needs to be filled few more fields related to the listings. First and Last Name, email and contact numbers for the individual related to the listing. These elements have to be taken out from an online catalog. We were trying to automate the process but turned out to be impossible because various reasons. Each person should be individual checked up and copy pasted in the list. Also, an human needs to subjectively evaluate the quality of some pictures that comes with the listing There is not a fixed number of listings in the daily list. Varies from 25 to 90 (don’t remember to have seen more than 100 listings a day) and it takes about 15-20 seconds to fill up one listing. It could be a 10 minutes to 45 minutes, tops 1 hour a day job, based on the number of listings. Final list need to be a CSV file (same format every day) that has to be emailed I want someone for a long time relation in compiling this list.
