Data entry person needed to do basic online research and enter data into Google spreadsheet (phone numbers, email, etc.). The purpose of the data entry is to validate accurate list data and fill in missing fields for our sales team. Number of records to be processed: 750 Estimated time to complete project: 37 hrs. **(see notes based on in-house work below) Approx. 20,000 leads will need to be processed over the next year. If everything goes well, future data processing will be sent to your company. Focus will be mainly on accuracy, although speed is also appreciated. Example of process for each lead (refer to attached PDF for specific details): 1. Refer to lead in spreadsheet that will be provided 2. Go to referenced website and verify that it is functional and running a Magento shopping cart. 3. Verify phone number on website 4. Find company name on website (example: Company Inc. or Company LLC) 5. Search for local phone number on [login to view URL] (example: 801-XXX-XXX instead of 1-800-XXX-XXXX). If available, enter into spreadsheet 6. If no phone number available on website or [login to view URL], visit [login to view URL] and try to access domain registrant information. 7. Run speed test on webpagetest.org. Paste link and result into spreadsheet **Our in house personnel understood the instructions clearly after processing approx. 20 leads. They have been able to process about 20 leads per hour. I assume your employees may be slightly faster, since ours were not specifically trained in data entry. Please submit the leads for review after approx. 30-100 have been processed to verify accuracy (and be willing to fix errors if necessary). I have attached a PDF with very detailed instructions. Do not be alarmed by the length of instructions (6 pages). Many of the instructions apply to special situations and do not represent the number of steps for processing each lead. However, it will be important to understand all special situations in order to accurately complete the project.
