Create class contact information spreadsheet - repost

I need someone to add to an existing spreadsheet I have of contact details for classes and teachers around Australia. I will provide a list of each category and sub category that needs to be covered (about 17 categories all up). I will also need two spreadsheets to be combined into one, and tidied up. The chosen candidate will need to find every single piece of information that is out there - at the moment the spreadsheet has about 5,000 contacts and I will need at least 50,000. This job needs to be done with great attention to detail, and will be reflected in the price.
