Collect Table From A Website

Dear Freelancer: I would like to get “Beneficiary Ownership” table in “Definitive Proxy Statement” or “10-K” for a list of company from SEC official website at [login to view URL] Besides the table, other relevant information (such as filing date) is also needed. I have put the data I collected and organized in the spreadsheet called [login to view URL] . You can have get a feel by looking at the DemoMastersheet Tab in Demo.xls. The complete list of company whose information I need is on the On CompanyList Tab, you will see the complete list of companies’ ticker symbol. You will use them to pull out data from SEC website. There are 5 steps to get this result.
