Audio Clips clipped out of longer files (10 clips)

I have a series of interviews and I need the audio of the highlighted text cut out of the original audio file and saved as a separate MP3 file.
The saved file must be as clean as possible. Only include the highlighted text on the audio, so cut out the interviewer's voice and piece the voice together in the most smooth fashion if there is a question or interruption in the middle of the highlighted text. rename the audio clip the same name as the word document but append the word CLIP to the end of the file name. Approximately 20% of the files have complex cut and stitch, ie you need to cut two or more pieces of audio and stitch them together in the smoothest way possible. 80% are straight cuts where the whole clip exists in an uninterrupted form in the original audio
I have 200 files that need doing over the next few weeks (not all ready yet). Note this project is for the first 25 only. If successful we will continue with more as another project.
