City Budget - Buda, TX

The goal of this project is to take an online 2012/2013 city budget which is in a pdf format (see [url removed, login to view]) and extract the descriptions and values associated with all accounts and sub-accounts and insert those descriptions and values in our software. Go to [url removed, login to view] and register and look at the San Marcos, TX budget already completed to see an example. Click on General Fund to see another column. Sub-columns will go 4 deep for each the Tax side and Spending side with each column a maximum of 15 boxes).

The person will need to have an accounting background to understand the city budget and extract the correct values and enter them in the right categories. It took us 4 days to complete the San Marcos Budget. We require a bid on the cost on a per budget basis for each city. We expect to do this for hundreds of cities per year so it could be a very long term project.

We will escrow 50% of the accepted bid price on start-up and fund 50% upon completion and escrow the other 50% which will be funded once we have verified you have entered the data required and do so [url removed, login to view] will take one week.
